Nature of services

Bspoke Capital provides debt and capital advisory services: assessing financing requirements, structuring propositions, preparing credit materials and supporting transactions through to closure. We act as an advisor and arranger. We are not a lender, do not lend on our own account, and do not accept deposits.

The website is directed to corporates, promoters and other professional counterparties seeking corporate finance advice. It does not provide personalised investment advice to investors, securities recommendations, portfolio management, deposit-taking or any public offer of securities. Any engagement is governed by a separate written mandate and applicable law.
